Payment Methods and Processing
We process all payments securely in accordance with EU regulations. Payments for orders placed on our store are handled through Shopify Payments and MakeCommerce.lt.
When using MakeCommerce.lt, payments can be made via the following electronic banking services: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, and Citadele. All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR).
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the chosen payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and fees. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is handled securely by our payment providers in compliance with EU data protection and payment processing laws.
Returns and Refunds
General Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The EU Consumer Rights Directive for a 14-day cooling-off period applies to EU customers.
Return & Exchange Process
If you wish to return or exchange an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@balticsleisureclub.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.

Return Shipping:
Customers may return their items using our return labels. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund as follows:
Baltic States: €3.95
Europe: €4.95
Worldwide: €7.95 - US: €19.95
We will provide a prepaid return label, and the return cost will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Gifts: If you return your purchase, please remember to also return the gift, otherwise it will be deducted from the total purchase value
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@balticsleisureclub.com.
Christmas Exchanges
To make Christmas gifting easier, all orders placed between 21 November and 17 December are eligible for exchange until 15 January.
Please note:
- Our standard 15-day return policy still applies.
- Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or product of equal value.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
This extended exchange window ensures that gifts delivered before Christmas can be comfortably exchanged after the holiday period, including bank holidays.
